No pets.

Self check-in with keyless entry. The code will be sent to you before  arrival. If using self check in, contact host by the following morning.

– Events must be booked separately in advance.

A fully outfitted large kitchen and living room are shared – A balcony, a porch and 12 acres to walk around and hang out on.

Our maximum rate for double occupancy is $120..00 per night, depending on the season. Sales tax and occupancy tax are additional and equal 10.3% of the room rate. We prefer payment by cash or check, but can accept credit card if our guest prefers. We do not give refunds.

Cancellation policy is set on the website used for booking (eg booking.com, VRBO, Airbnb, etc). For bookings made through our website or by phone, the guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high/low impact periods.

Check-in: anytime after 3:00PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements in advance.

Check-out is by 11 am. Rooms may be assessed for damages and guests may be charged accordingly. Smoking in a guest room is considered as damage due to the expense we incur to remove the odor. The charge for lost room keys is $25.

We offer central heating and air conditioning and a smoke-free environment. Absolutely No Smoking inside; however smoking is allowed outdoors.

Unfortunately, Bliss Point Farm and B&B, LLC is not handicap accessible. There are steps leading to the front door and a staircase to the rooms. Please plan accordingly.
